How to prepare
- Cut the meat, if purchased in one piece, into small circular pieces of thickness of 2 cm.
- Mix a MAGGI® Chicken Less Salt Bouillon cube with water, carrots, celery, green thyme leaves and bay leaves; boil the mixture and then extract the herbs and mix everything with each other.
- Fry the onions with stirring with sugar and canola oil until it acquires a golden brown color, then - - Add the mushrooms and black pepper powder. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the chicken stock and cook the mixture until you get a soft sauce. Extract the sauce and whisk with butter.
- Heat the pot or roast, then brown the pieces of circular meat to taste.
- Put a piece of round meat in the middle of each dish, sprinkle mushrooms, and then placed on another piece of circular meat.
- Pour the sauce over the dish before serving.
