Raw buckwheat groats—1 cup
Sliced banana—1 cup
Water—2 cups
Rice milk—1 cup
Raisins—½ cup
Cinnamon powder—1 teaspoon
Vanilla—½ teaspoon
Desired nuts—for garnishing (optional)

Instructions:
1. Properly rinse the buckwheat.
2. Now drop in the washed buckwheat in the Instant Pot.
3. Add in the bananas, raisins, ground cinnamon, vanilla, rice milk, and
water. Now carefully place the lid and lock it.
4. Select the manual option and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
5. Release the pressure naturally. Open the lid and add in more milk if
required. Stir it well to combine, and serve in small bowls after
garnishing with nuts of your choice.
